Nina Sterngold is Account Director at Thought Horizon responsible for many global clients in a variety of vertical markets. Nina brings her deep marketing experience on both the agency and client side in building strong stakeholder relationships. Nina excels in synthesizing client needs and desires into operational services that Thought Horizon delivers in multiple languages around the world. Nina’s deep knowledge of German along with Spanish and French allow her to help Thought Horizon grow globally. Nina is married and is a proud dog-mom of Emil. Sander Biehn is founder and CEO of Thought Horizon, LLC. After a successful career in sales at AT&T, he founded his company in 2013 helping organizations to build, manage and succeed using social selling. Sander invented the Ready For Social platform to enable B2B sales and marketing teams to work together to create content and engagement with target markets and customers online. Sander holds a patent in Social Media and has published a book on workplace innovation and motivation entitled, “The 30 Year Paycheck.” He graduated from Duke University with a degree in Philosophy and Classical Studies. Sander loves amateur geology and astronomy. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
Milan Ruzicka is passionate about helping sales and marketing teams discover the opportunity of social selling. He uses his 15+ years of B2B marketing and management experience and founded ReadyForSocial together with Sander Biehn. He is passionate to keep making the Thought Horizon social selling method better and better by fact-based, data-driven improvements. Milan loves technology, gaming, skiing and books (non-fiction and military sci-fi as a guilty pleasure). He lives in The Hague with his wife Monika and son Milan Philipp.
Amber is Director of Operations for Thought Horizon. She brings with her expertise in building and managing end-to-end content for clients to assist them in meeting desired ROI. Amber manages and runs all the day-to-day activities for Thought Horizon's customers including ensuring her team creates desired content and managing all back-end processes and software. Amber's responsibilities include managing the team that reports to her and motivating them to keep Thought Horizon's global clients satisfied with our software and services. Amber graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College with a B.A. in Business Administration. She enjoys reading, coaching gymnastics, going to the gym, and traveling the world. Amber’s ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment makes her a key member of the Thought Horizon team.
Monika has vast experience in marketing and B2B sales. Her background spans everything from startups to global wholesale markets, and from industries as diverse as transportation and telecom. Her duties include running European business development along with product management of the Ready For Social™ software for social sellers. She holds degrees from the University of Applied Science, Bremen, Euromed Management, Marseille, France and Thunderbird School of Global Management. Monika brings a deep knowledge of business and a strong discipline in product management to the table for Thought Horizon.
Zac is a Senior Account Executive based in Atlanta, GA. Zac brings with him, 17+ years of excellence in sales and sales management, a proven track record of success and a winning attitude. Zac has extensive expertise in clients' needs analysis and utilizes a consultative sales approach. He attributes his prior successes to his ability to listen to his clients' needs and then provide proper recommendations and solutions to their fit those needs. Zac is an Atlanta native and a graduate of The University of Georgia. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, watching college football (Go Dawgs!) and playing golf.
Nietoe Kelson is an Account Manager based in Atlanta, GA. Nietoe comes to Thought Horizon with a wealth of client management and content marketing experience after more than a decade working in that space at Cox Media. Nietoe is a world traveler and studied Japanese in high school and The University of South Carolina. Nietoe holds an IAB Digital Media Sales Certification.
Franklin Gu is a Content Operations Manager based in New Haven, CT. He is a recent graduate of Wesleyan University where he worked as a Research Assistant helping professorial staff with a new book.
