We believe that the best way to grow and evolve is by listening to those who matter most—our clients, prospects, and users. Over the past few months, our marketing team conducted a series of in-depth interviews with many of you to gather feedback and insights on how to make RFS even better.
In the first blog article of this two-part series, we shared with you why our clients chose to work us and why prospects consider ReadyForSocial for their needs. Today’s article will focus on the detailed feedback we received, which we turned into new ideas and future technology development. We are super excited to share these insights with you!
Thanks again
Before diving into specifics, we want to thank all participants again. We were blown away by the level of engagement, the depth of ideas, and the passion you all shared for our platform. Your input is not just appreciated—it’s invaluable. You’ve given us a clear understanding of what’s working well, what needs improvement, and where we can take RFS to new heights. This collaborative spirit is at the core of what we do, and we’re excited to show you how your suggestions directly influence the next chapter of RFS.
What’s next for RFS?
Thanks to your feedback, we have identified several key areas for improvement and innovation. Here’s a sneak peek at what we’re working on:
1. Self-serve options
You asked for more control and speed, especially in reporting and managing user changes, and we’ve listened. We’re enhancing the interface for program managers, allowing them to generate detailed reports and make user changes independently without contacting their account manager. These improvements will streamline backend processes, saving you time and effort.
In addition, we’re introducing the ability for users to pull their own reports directly within their accounts and benchmark their performance against peers for added motivation. To further empower our clients, we’re developing a self-serve portal where admins can manage user rights, roles, and responsibilities. This portal will allow admins to upload brand guidelines, including logos, color palettes, and imagery rules, and easily add or change licenses as organizational needs evolve. These updates will give you more control and flexibility to manage your social selling efforts efficiently.
2. Deeper analytics and reporting
You spoke, and we listened—more detailed analytics are on the way!
Besides the ability to pull your reports in real-time, we are working on making our metrics and analytics easier to understand and correlate them to our customers’ core GTM metrics. You will be able to filter for specific parameters and specifically research the KPIs that matter most to you and your team. The expanded reporting capabilities will provide deeper insights into your social media performance, helping you confidently make data-driven decisions.
3. Advanced social selling features
One of the main takeaways from our conversations with you was that we need to communicate our more advanced RFS features better. Developing new features that allow you to connect with prospects more effectively, nurture leads, and close deals faster has always been our top priority, but these tools only help you if you know about them. We are working on a better internal process to simplify streamlined communication to keep you informed.
We will offer multiple communication models, including newsletters on account or user basis, as well as video tutorials and sharable slides that can be included in your internal team calls.
4. Personalization at scale
Understanding that every business has unique needs, we’re enhancing our personalization options. Expect new ways to customize your social media strategies, create a personalized marketing plan, including drip campaigns for your posts leading up to selected events, and new ways to enhance your personal and brand voice.
5. Advanced AI integration
Our advanced AI integration is designed to elevate the RFS experience across multiple touchpoints. On the front end, we’re introducing an AI-powered picture tool that is currently only accessible on the back end. Vice versa, we want to include an AI-driven editing and text creation tool, currently only available on the front end, on the back end to assist approvers and streamline the content approval process.
Additionally, we are working on improving our AI inside the user accounts even more. The AI assistant will give fresh, contextually relevant content suggestions on specific topics and categories.
AI will also be integrated into our newsletter feature, enabling you to quickly design an entire draft. A new functionality to download the newsletter as a Word document will help you create your own LinkedIn newsletters in minutes.
To enhance social engagement, we’re developing an AI plug-in that recommends where and what to comment on LinkedIn, helping users connect with target accounts while ensuring their activity counts toward RFS logins, preventing quick deactivation. And lastly, the AI will be integrated into the RFS app to create dynamic slideshows and videos, enriching the user experience through RFS “experiences.”
Stay tuned
This is just the beginning. We’ll be rolling out these updates over the coming months and keep you in the loop every step of the way. In the meantime, if you have any additional thoughts, ideas, or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. Your input will always be the driving force behind what we do.
Thank you again for your time, insights, and trust in RFS. Together, we’re building a brighter future for social selling.
